1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
- Customized, special-order, or clearance products are non-returnable unless defective.
2. Conditions for Returns
We will accept returns if:
- You received the wrong product.
- The item was damaged during delivery.
- The product is defective or not as described.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Products without original packaging or missing parts.
- Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation.
- Customized or special-order items.
4. Return Process

- Provide order details and reason for return along with clear photos (if applicable).
- Our team will guide you through the pickup or drop-off process.
5. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.
- Refunds will be made via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.
6. Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or store credit.
7. Shipping Costs
For all other returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, defective product, damage), we will bear the return shipping cost.
